Round Aperture

These plates have round aperture wells, ø6.7mm, with a U-shaped bottom and incorporate a moulded alphanumeric index and a cut corner at position H1 for easy orientation.

Well capacity is 1.2ml uncapped (when capped with the polyolefin and elastomer sealing mat the capacity will be 1.0ml). Available in transparent polystyrene (frosted well bottoms) with a centrifuge rating of 3000g (when using a microtitre plate rotor) or opaque, DMSO resistant polypropylene with a rating of 6000g. Polypropylene plates are ideal for cold storage with a temperature range of -196C to +121C (sealing mats have a range of -80C to +80C).
