Fixed Volume Microdispensers are ideal for dispensing viscous or foaming liquids or where there is a risk of contamination of the microdispenser barrel by biological samples. The 20µl Fixed Volume Microdispenser is a positive displacement microliter dispenser that uses borosilicate glass capillaries with a stainless steel plunger to provide consistent and accurate micro-volume delivery. Custom spacers are also available, permitting fractional deliveries on all units. The required spacer is simply fitted over the plunger by removing the finger pad. The Fixed Volume Microdispenser has an overall volumetric accuracy of ±1% at full volume. It is supplied with a pack of colour coded capillaries, a replacement O-ring, an Allen key and a plunger calibration scale. Spare parts and glass capillaries are also available to order separately.
