Microplate cellGrade™ plus transparent 96-well F-bottom manufactured by BRAND®.
Produced from pure, newly synthesized polystyrene with a sterile, hydrophilic surface comprised of freely accessible chemical groups, such as carboxyl and hydroxyl groups, and free amino groups. The surface has a protein-like composition, so cells can directly attach and spread out., allowing for faster adhesion of cells and a better rate of yield.
Suitable for all ANSI/SLAS conforming analytic equipment.
The F-bottom well is designed for precise optical measurements and is well suited for colorimetric determinations as well as cell culture and microscopy applications.
Pinch bar design of the plate supports working with robots, and the chimney shaped wells reduce cross-contamination.
