CultureSure™ DAPT, manufactured by FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation.
DAPT is a γ-secretase inhibitor, which suppresses production of Aβ40 and Aβ42.
It has also been shown to be an inhibitor of notch signalling, inducing neural differentiation from embryonic stem cell embryoid bodies and preferentially inducing cone photoreceptor subtypes in retinal cell differentiation
