POD immunostaining kit produced by FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation

The Wako POD immunostaining kit can be used to detect horseradish peroxidase labelled immunoglobulins on nitrocellulose membrane. Phenol is oxidised by hydrogen peroxidase and peroxidase (POD) in the presence of NADH and Nitro Tetrazolium Blue (NTB) resulting in the formation of a blue-purple diformazan.
Each kit contains:
NTB 250ml
NADH (lyophilised) x12 (for 12 x 20ml)
Substrate solution 13ml
