ScreenFect™ A plus is a multi-purpose, broad spectrum transfection agent combining high transfection efficiency with low cell toxicity - no need to change media after transfection. It contains novel cationic liposome derived from a click chemistry screening system*. ScreenFect™ A plus is suitable for transfection of plasmid DNA, siRNA or mRNA into eukaryotic cells. It is also suitable for cotransfections with enhanced efficiencies in most cell lines and difficult-to-transfect cells.
