Anti Human Ago2 mouse monoclonal antibody 100µl manufactured by Wako Pure Chemicals.

Argonaute (Ago) proteins are the catalytic components of the RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC). RISC is the protein complex response responsible for RNA interference. Argonaute proteins bind different classes of small non-coding RNAs including microRNAs (miRNAs), small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) and Piwi-interacting RNAs (piRNAs).

This mouse monoclonal antibody recognises human Ago 2. It is produced by hybridoma clone 4G8, established by fusing mouse myeloma cells P3U1 and lymphocytes of BALB/c mice immunised with recombinant human Ago 2 produced in E.coli. This antibody was purified from cell culture supernatant using affinity chromatography.

100µl aqueous solution TBS (pH7.4), 10% glycerol and 0.09% sodium azide

Isotype IgG1.

Suitable for western blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Immunocytochemistry (ICC).

Suggested dilution for Western Blot applications: 1:100-200.

Suggested dilution for immunoprecipitation applications: 5-10µg/20µl Protein G beads slurry.

Suggested dilution for immunocytochemistry applications : 1:20-50.
