Product Information

Adhesamine produced by FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation

Adhesamine is a low molecular weight molecule that promotes cell adhesion to culture plates. Addition of adhesamine can enable traditionally floating cells such as Jurkat cell to adhere to culture plates. It can also promote cell proliferation. Effective for HeLa, HEL293, CHO and mouse ES cells, adhesamine facilitates attachment of cells in a similar manner to fibronectin. Cells can be detached by replacing the media and washing away the adhesamine.
