The Tn antigen and sialyl-Tn antigen are known as common tumor-associated carbohydrate antigens and biomarkers, since the variative ratio of these antigens is dependent on the stage of tumor growth. Monoclonal anti Tn antibody us produced by hybridoma clone MLS128, established by immunising mice with human colonic cancer cell line, LS180 cells.
This antibody was purified from serum-free cultured supernatant using Protein A affinity chromatography.

Formulation : 50mmol/L MOPS (pH 7.5), 150 mmol.L NaCl.

Recognition region: A cluster composed of GalNAc-Ser/Thr (Tn antigen)
