Apelin is an endogenous ligand of APJ G protein-coupled recepor expressed in the cardiovascular and central nervous systems. Apelin regulates blood pressure and angiogenesis via APJ receptor activation.
This anti-apelin antibody detects apelin and has neutralising activity against apelin.
Wako’s Anti-Apelin monoclonal primary antibody was raised in mouse using pGlu65-Apelin-13 (QRPRLSHKGPMPF) as antigen.
