Anti-PA tag Antibody Beads produced by FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation
Anti PA tag Antibody Beads is a slurry of agarose beads with immobilized Anti PA tag rat monoclonal antibody. This product is used for the purification of PA tag fusion proteins by immunoprecipitation and is able to purify PA tag fusion proteins under neutral pH conditions by the competitive elution of PA tag Peptide. In addition, this product is easily regenerated by using PA tag Washing Solution (169-27261).
The Anti-PA tag Antibody beads are supplied in PBS pH 7.2 with 0.05w/v% sodium azide. Binding capacity is dependent upon the target antibody and experiment but typically this is 0.015-1.0mg protein/ml of beads. The antibody immobilised on the agarose beads is a rat monoclonal, isotype IgG2a to detect PA tag. Clone NZ-1.
Typical usage: 10ml conditioned culture medium/50-100µl beads; 200-1000µl cell lysate/20µl beads.
