Produced using 19 amino acid residues around Ser14 of human Histone H2B as immunogen and purified from culture supernatant.

Suitable for Immunoprecipitation (purification (IPP) and chromatin (ChIP), Immunoblotting (Western Blot, WB) and Immunostaining (Immunocytochemistry, ICC) applications.

Suggested dilutions for:

Immunoprecipitation (IP): 1-5µg/5µl sepharose*

Immunoblotting: 0.5-1µg/ml

Immunostaining: 0.5-1µg/ml

*Mouse IgG has weak combination with protein A and protein G. Please use the beads which connect anti-mouse IgG antibodies such as anti-mouse IgG sepharose for immunoprecipitation.
