Product Information
The Wakopak® Wakosil® Series of HPLC columns use highly purified silica gel with low metallic contamination. Low pressure loss results in high-purity separation and high-flow rate. Special columns for analysis of specific samples are also available including semi-micro columns for LC/MS and semi-preparative columns. Available with Waters or DuPont style joints.
Wakosil-II 5C18 RS columns are packed with highly purified silica-gel with improved octadecyl silyation and end-capping methods to achieve high separation and retention capacities for aqueous eluents and enable well-balanced retention of mixed samples with a wide range of polarities. Basic compounds can be analysed sharply without tailing because residual silanol groups are thoroughly end.
