Product Information

The Wakopak® Wakosil® Series of HPLC columns use highly purified silica gel with low metallic contamination. Low pressure loss results in high-purity separation and high-flow rate. Special columns for analysis of specific samples are also available including semi-micro columns for LC/MS and semi-preparative columns. Available with Waters or DuPont style joints.

Wakosil-II 5C18 HG columns are packed with highly purified silica-gel and end-capped after monomeric ODS modification. These HPLC columns are suitable for analysis of basic compounds and metal coordination compounds by high-pressure liquid chromatography. Wakopak Wakosil-II 5C18 HG columns show higher column efficiency in terms of the theoretical plate number.
