Product Information

The Wakopak® Wakosil® Series of HPLC columns use highly purified silica gel with low metallic contamination. Low pressure loss results in high-purity separation and high-flow rate. Special columns for analysis of specific samples are also available including semi-micro columns for LC/MS and semi-preparative columns. Available with Waters or DuPont style joints.

Wakosil 5C18 columns are packed with normal silica-gel and end-capped after monomeric ODS modification. These HPLC columns are suitable for analysis of a wide range of samples from acid to basic. Wakopak Wakosil C18 contains 20% carbon and has both high retention and separation capacities. It is particularly suitable for samples with high polarity which are weakly retained.
