DMEQ-TAD (also known as 4-(2-(6,7-Dimethoxy-4-methyl-3-oxo-3,4-dihydroquinoxalinyl)ethyl)-1,2,4-triazoline-3,5-dione) is a Diels-Alder reaction-type fluorescent dienophile. It is used as a HPLC quantitative fluorescence labelling reagent used in the analysis of trace compounds conjugated dienes such as vitamin D metabolites, vitamin A and diene-containing peptides.
