DMEQ-Hydrazide or 6,7-Dimethoxy-1-Methyl-2(1H)-Quinoxalinone-3-Propionohydrazide is used for fluorescent labelling of carboxylic acids. Fluorescent labelling analysis of carboxylate by HPLC required anhydrous conditions because most of the labelling reagents are hydrolysed. This product is a labelling reagent for fluorescent derivatisation of carboxylates in water-containing sample under mild conditions.
