Choline oxidase is an oxidoreductase that catalyses the oxidation of choline to give betaine aldehyde and hydrogen peroxide. The major sites for choline oxidation are the liver and kidney.
Lyophilised enzyme derived from the Alcaligenes species of bacteria.
