Wakopak® Wakosil®-PTH-II columns are designed for PTH-amino acid analysis using the PPSQ series of SHIMADZU Protein Sequencers.
Durability: it is recommended to change columns after 1000 samples have been analysed or every 4 months. Column performance should be periodically checked using PTH-amino acids mixture . Replacement is required should each each peak band appear broad or a peak=height of 50% is overlapping with other peak.
Eluent: PTC-amino acids mobile phase
Flow rate: 1.0 ml/min
Detection: UV 269 nm
