SuperSep™ RNA 15%,17 Well pre-cast urea-polyacrylamide gel manufactured by FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation

The SuperSep RNA pre-cast gels contains 4M urea and is intended for RNA electrophoresis. The RNA is maintained in a denatured state during electrophoresis by preventing the pairing of single strands. This pre-cast gel contains 15% polyacrylamide and has 17 wells with a volume of 25µl.
An adaptor is available to enable the SuperSep gels to be used with the X Cell Surelock Mini system – please enquire.
