Agarose XP produced by Nippon Gene distributed via FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation
Agarose XP Agarose XP is specially purified for separating and recovering DNA fragments. For separation of short chains 50-1000bp use 2.5% gel for separation of long chains 1-20kbp use 1%.
Typical concentration range used is 1-4% and separation range 10bp-20 kbp. Suitable for gel electrophoresis, recovery and blotting.
Gel strength: ≥450g/cm2 (1.5%)
Melting Point: ≤ 65°C (1.5%)
Gelling temperature: ≤ 30°C (1.5%)
Sulphate content (SO4): ≤0.1%
Water content: ≤10%
