Agarose HS is a product in which the precision of Agarose S type is enhanced and the gel strength is increased. It is suitable for Southern blotting and the like. Typical concentration range used is 0.5-2% and separation range 0.5-30 kbp. Suitable for electrophoresis, recovery of DNA, pulse-field electrophoresis and blotting.

Melting Point: ≤ 93C (1.5%)
Gelling temperature:37-39C (1.5%)
