T4GT7 DNA produced by Nippon Gene distributed via FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation
T4GT7 DNA (T4dC DNA) sourced from bacteriophage T4 GT7 [amC87(42-)’amE51 (56-)’NB5060(∆rIIB-denB-ac), unf 39(alc)] (E.coli MC1061(Su-)).
E.coli MC1061 was infected with bacteriophage T4 GT7, the phage was separated by caesium chloride density gradient centrifugation and DNA was extracted from the phage.
Stored in 10mM Tris-HCL (pH 7.9), 1mM EDTA
