Product Information
Restriction Endonuclease Fsp I produced by Nippon Gene Co Ltd distributed via FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation
Restriction endonucleases are enzymes that recognise and cleave specific nucleotide sequences of DNA. This restriction enzyme is supplied with concentrated reaction buffer 10X, please dilute to give a reaction mixture with the necessary conditions for the enzyme reaction.
Fsp I 10 x 100U
Recognition sequence:
5 '... TGC ▼ GCA ...... 3'
3 '... ACG ▲ CGT ...... 5'
Source : Fischerella species
Activity: 1 - 10 units / μl
Reaction Conditions: 37°C in 1x buffer A
Storage buffer:
300 mmol / l NaCl
10 mmol / l Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
0.1 mmol / l EDTA
1 mmol / l DTT
0.3 mg / ml BSA
0.15% Triton-X-100
50% Glycerol
Reaction buffer A:
500 mmol/L Potassium acetate
200 mmol / l Tris-acetate (pH 7.9 at 25°C)
100 mmol/L Magnesium acetate
10 mmol / l DTT
Remaining activity < 5% after 30min at 65°C
Heat inactivation must also take into consideration the DNA denaturation temperature and complete inactivation may not be possible by heat treatment alone, to ensure deactivation phenol treatment is recommended.
Store at -20°C
