StemSure® hPSC MediumΔ, manufactured by FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation.
This product is appropriate for maintaining human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), human ES cells and human iPS cells, in a feeder-free, serum-free, and animal-free environment. This medium is low in protein and does not contain albumin, it can culture hPSCs stably without lot difference. This medium does not contain basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). By using this medium, cells can be cultured on a variety of extracellular matrices, furthermore, single cell passaging is also possible through the addition of Y-27632 during passaging.
