Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF), Human recombinant 100µg produced by FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation
Human recombinant epidermal growth factor, expressed in E.coli. Lyophilised. Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. Do not vortex. This stock solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers.

Biological activity: The ED50 is less that 0.1 ng/ml determined by its ability to stimulate the proliferation of mouse Balb/c 3T3 cells, corresponding to a specific activity of > 1 x 107 units/mg.
