Normal human IgG, purified from serum through protein A affinity chromatography.
Supplied in 10 mmol/L Sodium Phosphate, 0.15 mol/L Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.05 w/v% Sodium Azide. It can be used as control, standard, blocking agent, or coating protein in a variety of assays, including ELISA, immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, immunodiffusion and immunoelectrophoresis. Source serum was found negative for antibodies to HIV ½ and HCV, and for HbsAg, HIV-1 RNA, HCV RNA and Syphilis.
