Mini Vertical Gel tank, lid with power cables, PAGE internal running module, 2 sets of glass plates with 1mm bonded spacers (1 set notched, 1 set plain), dummy plate, 2 combs of your choice, cooling pack, casting base, Tube Gel insert, capillary tubes, blanking ports, and 2D combs and spacers.

Please note if comb thickness is changed, spacers will also need to be changed.


Clarit-E Mini Vertical Dual 10x10cm Gel Tank is perfect for SDS PAGE, Native PAGE, and Gradient PAGE. With an active gel width of 8.5cm, the Mini system enables consistent comparison of up to 20 samples on a single gel. It is compatible with all major types of 8x10cm and 10x10cm precast gel.


The casting base locks the PAGE insert onto the silicone mat to provide a leak-free seal for set-up and casting polyacrylamide gels. The Tube Gel Insert module enables 2D electrophoresis.

-The ultra-soft silicone seal and dual gaskets ensure leak-proof gel loading and casting, the 2mm thick glass plates minimise breakage with bonded spacers to allow perfect alignment with minimal leakage.
-Rapid set up cooling retains resolution in extended separations and saves on buffer volume without affecting run quality.
-Provides enhanced performance with a detachable cooling coil to maintain resolution during long runs, providing uniform electrophoresis even at higher voltage.
-The asymmetric lid design and colour-coded pins prevent polarity errors and sample loss.
-The machine has flexibility with optional interchangeable electroblotting and tube gel modules to expand functionality, allowing PAGE, Western blotting, Capillary IEF and Slab Gel electrophoresis to be carried out in the same tank.
