96-Well Plates High Binding

This range of BRANDplates® microplates for immunoassays provide optimal surfaces for immunoassays as they are characterised by their high specificity and affinity.

Available in three surfaces with different affinities to different types of molecules, making them suitable for a broad section of applications such as ELISA, RIA, FIA, etc.

immunoGrade™: High binding capacity for molecules with mixed hydrophilic and hydrophobic regions and immobilization of IgG. The surface of choice for the majority of ELISA applications.

hydroGrade™: Strongly hydrophilic, high affinity to molecules such as glycoproteins and peptides, antibodies with predominantly hydrophilic regions, and nucleic acids. Binding of hydrophilic molecules to the solid phase, while hydrophobic molecules remain in the solution.

lipoGrade™: Strongly hydrophobic and lipophilic, ideal for immobilisation of lipid-rich molecules. Binding of hydrophobic molecules to the solid phase, while the hydrophilic molecules remain in solution.
