The CH50 Total Complement Activity Calibrator is a lyophilised set of 5 levels prepared using human serum and stabilisers and intended for use with the Wako CH50 assay (995-40801). Each vial is reconstituted with distilled water to give 0.5ml of calibrant. The values assigned are lot specific and determined under rigorously standardised conditions using the Mayer method.
Store lyophilised calibrator at -10C. Once reconstituted store on ice and use within 24h.
