The CH50 Total Complement Activity Control is lyophilised QC material produced using human serum and supplied as two levels. Once reconstituted the controls must be kept on ice and used within 8 hours. The controls are intended for use with the Wako Total Complement Activity CH50 assay (995-40801). Assigned values are lot dependent and determined under rigorously standardised conditions using a liposome immunoassay method.
