BD Vacutainer® ESTTM (evacuated secondary tube) has no additives and is suitable as a secondary tube for anti-coagulated venous blood samples, for example for taking plasma samples from blood bags. The EST can also be used as a discard tube.
This tube has a 3ml draw volume and measures 13mm diameter and 75mm height. It has no additives or separators and is made from PET. The cap and label are see through and the cap has the BD hemogard closure.
