Streck PCR tubes are designed for fast PCR and optical transparency.
The tubes have thin, flexible walls that maximise contact with the sample block while the optimal tube-to-thermal block contact achieves precise thermal control throughout the reaction volume.
A heat source positioned on both sides of the sample block ensures efficient heating and rapid heat transfer to the sample.
The design of the Zulu RT and the long, thin Streck PCR Tubes result in sample volumes that reach the temperature setpoint in a matter of seconds, regardless of sample volume.
