Tip Low Retention Graduated 20-200µl Racked 51mm in length for reduced sample retention

These low retention non-sterile 20-200µl tips are high clarity tips that are natural in colour. Due to their Universal design, the tips are compatible with a variety of popular brand pipette models, including the Alpha+ range of pipettes. They are 51mm in length and graduated at 10µl, 50µl and 100µl for quick volume verification. Alpha Laboratories low-retention tips are made from a specially formulated hydrophobic resin that provides users with a higher degree of pipetting confidence and control. Enhanced hydrophobicity ensures less fluid retention and sample loss than standard tips, perfect when working with particularly viscous liquids. The cleaner liquid release also means that less time is wasted waiting for that final drop to fall from the end of the tip. Furthermore, the thinner walls and finely tapered tip construction eliminates the need to touch off against the vessel wall. Smaller volumes can be confidently managed without compromising pipetting precision and accuracy. Strict quality standards, per ISO 9001:2008, are followed from tip R&D to production and delivery. Each batch of tips is required to pass the highest level of Quality Assurance testing. The tips are certified RNase, DNase DNA and Pyrogen free. Sterile tips are further e-beam irradiated. The tips can be autoclaved at 121 C and 100kPa for 15 minutes. The low retention non-sterile 30-300µl tips are supplied in 10 racks of 96 tips.
