Alpha Laboratories' 0.5mL Repeater Pipette tips are perfect for accurate, repeated measuring and dispensing of small sample sizes.

Dispenser tips work by through the process positive displacement of the sample by a piston. As a result, the cylinder acts as a barrier, containing the sample solely within the tip itself and preventing it from entering the dispenser completely. This prevents contamination of the sample by the dispenser and prevents the dispenser itself from being contaminated by the sample, as can happen with over aspiration on standard pipettes. The piston also acts as a barrier against aerosol contamination, further safeguarding the integrity of your samples. The cylinder of these tips is made from high-quality polypropylene and the piston from polyethylene with graduations of 0.1mL steps, providing exceptional repeated accuracy even at small volumes.

Each lot of tips is tested to guarantee their freedom from human DNA, RNase, DNase, pyrogen, endotoxins and PCR inhibitors, in addition, to being biologically inert, physiologically harmless and free from heavy metals, in accordance with EC/94/62. They are also CE IVD marked for in vitro use.
