Gel Tank and Hi intensity Blotting unit Vertical Clarit-E Mini Dual 10x10cm for protein electrophoresis & blotting in polyacrylamide gels with caster

The Clarit-E Mini Vertical and Electroblotting Systems include both modules required for Slab Gel Electrophoresis and Electroblotting and accessories, to provide a complete Mini gel casting, running and electroblotting system. Interchangeable modules dedicated to PAGE or blotting facilitate simultaneous transfer of up to four 10x10cm gels.
Transfer capability for up to four gels in as little as an hour; low intensity transfers can be performed over night. Platinum wire electrodes 8cm apart generate a powerful electric field for efficient transfer; an optional plate-electrode insert is available for rapid 2 gel transfers. The cool pack which, when frozen before use, slots into the tank to provide a low cost efficient heat sink during fast high intensity transfers. Open design rigid cassettes maximise current transfer and eliminate 'shadow band' formation, colour coded to ensure proper orientation within the blotting system.

Includes Mini Vertical gel tank, lid, power cables, running module, 2x notched glass plates, 2x plain glass plates with 1mm bonded spacers, 1x dummy plate, 2x combs of your choice, 1x casting base, 1x silicone mat, 1x cooling mat, plate electrode blotting insert, 2x compression cassettes and 8x fibre pads.
