Product Information

Electrophoresis Horizontal Gel Tank with 10x24cm Gel tray - Clarit-E Midi 96 Stretch. Supplied with a comb block with 12 x 8 sample, 1.5mm thick combs with one marker lane and casting dams.
Ideal for separation of PCR products or DNA samples containing only a few bands from 96 well microtitre plates and thermal cycler blocks. The Midi Stretch units provide double the run length compared to the Midi 96 units enabling better resolution of bands. The wells are offset to maximise the available run length to 3.6cm, but enable running times to be minimised. This is an ideal system for rapid screening of up to 96 PCR fragment polymorphisms.

Alternative units are available with different formats of comb blocks.
