Microplate pureGrade™ S black 96-well with transparent F-bottom manufactured by BRAND®.

Produced from pure, newly synthesized polystyrene with a non-treated and sterile surface. The black surface absorbs light and reduces background signal in fluorescence applications.

Can be used with black vinyl sealing film (BK-50) to maximise signal in fluorescence assays. Affix seal to the top of the plate when using instruments that read from beneath the well; for intruments that measure above the plate apply to the base of the plate to create a 'solid' black plate.

Suitable for all ANSI/SLAS conforming analytic equipment.

The F-bottom well is designed for precise optical measurements and is well suited for colorimetric determinations as well as microscopy applications.

Pinch bar design of the plate supports working with robots, and the chimney shaped wells reduce cross-contamination.

Also available in transparent (781662), white (781665), black (781668), and white with transparent bottom (781670).
