Cellmatrix® Collagen Type I-A produced by Nitta Gelatin and distributed via FUJIFILM Wako Chemicals Europe GmbH

Cellmatrix collagen solutions are aseptically produced for use in cell culture applications. Cellmatrix Acid-soluble type I collagen solution (3mg/ml, pH 3.0) derived from porcine tendon. This gelling formation forms transparent gels with consistent high gel strength after reconstitution. Use for collagen gel interface or embedded 3D cell culture methods. The high gel transparency also facilitated microscopy of cultures.
