The High Capacity Cryovial is designed for safe, ultra-low temperature storage, of larger samples of biological material, human or animal cells.
Externally Threaded with a polyeythylene screw cap, to improve sample integrity, by minimising surface area contact of sample with screw thread, reducing sample loss and potential cross-contamination.
Strong polypropylene vial and polyethylene cap can withstand the harsh -196C temperature of vapour phase liquid nitrogen, and the thick wall makes the vial almost unbreakable. Please note that they are not designed for use in the liquid phase.
Fast opening/closing - Requires just 1 ¼ turns for secure cap closure. This is crucial during high throughput sample handling, making it time efficient with a reduced chance of unsecure cap closure.
These 9.5ml skirted vials have graduations at 100μl intervals to facilitate reading of your sample volume and a large white marking area for labelling and identification.
These CE marked cryogenic vials are gamma irradiated to ensure absolute sterility.
Certified free from RNase, DNase, Pyrogens and human DNA.
Supplied in tamper evident re-sealable bags of 50 vials, 2 bags per pack
