Quick CBB kit produced by FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation

The Quick CBB kit enables rapid staining of protein bands with Coomassie Brilliant Blue (CBB R-250) within an hour for use with PAGE or IEF. A rapid staining protocol using a microwave to speed up the stain uptake can reduce the protocol time to just 10 min.

Each kit contains:
Staining Solution A (containing CBB R-250) 1L
Staining Solution B. 1L
Staining solutions are mixed in equal quantities prior to use. Fixed gels are rapidly stained.
Store at Room Temperature.
