We run a well-being at work programme which includes (but not exclusively):Private Healthcare provisions

Volunteering days:
Staff are offered up to 3 days per year to undertake volunteer work in their community, during work time

We ensure our staff are offered the right training for them to excel in their roles and for them to meet their career aspirations.
