Product Information

Cell-Chex is a body fluid procedural control for red blood cell (RBC) and white blood cell (WBC) counts, crystal identification, and white blood cell differentiation.

Cell-Chex is a spinal and body fluid control with distinct white blood cell and red blood cell populations for manual counts. When stained in the same manner as a patient sample, the white blood cells can be differentiated. The multi-level control is assayed for manual cell counts, the 5-part white blood cell differential, as well as the two-part polymorphonuclear and mononuclear differential.

Level 1-UC contains urate crystals and Level 1-CC contains CPPD crystals to aid in identification of crystals in synovial fluid.
