BD Microtainer® Contact-Activated Lancets
These single-use lancets are designed for safe fingerstick punctures to collect capillary blood whilst minimising patient discomfort and to maximise blood flow. They have an automatic needle retraction safety feature to reduce the risk of accidental injury. Their ergonomic and intuitive design allows the device to be held securely and precisely at the sampling point with minimum training needed. Simply press the lancet on the sampling area to activate the needle.
The lancets are sterile, CE certified and therefore manufactured to European Medical Directive 93/42/EEC with a Class IIa classification. This ensures that you are consistently receiving lancets of the highest quality.
