YM-254890 is a cyclic depsipeptide, discovered from culture broth of Chromobacterium sp. QS3666. YM-254890 is reported to specifically inhibit Gq signalling by blocking GDP release from the Gq proteins (Gq, G11 and G14).
Reconstitute the powder in DMSO to give a stock solution of 1-10mmol/L which can then be diluted further with aqueous buffer.
