(R)-BiAC Derivatization Reagents Set produced by FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation
(R)-BiAC is a highly sensitive and detectable derivatisation reagent for the separation and analysis of chiral amino acids (D- and L-amino acids) by the precolumn-derivatization method of Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS). By using (R)-BiAC, simultaneous analysis of 20 types of D/L-amino acids can be performed with a high resolution in 19m without using dedicated equipment.
Contents of R-BiAC Derivatization Reagents Set:
1x Buffer for R-BiAC 3ml
1x Reaction Terminator 10ml
Complementary products (R)-BiAC, product code 025-19761, HPLC Column, Wakopak® Ultra APDS TAG® φ2.1 mm × 100 mm (D) product code 235-64051, and Acetonitrile for LC/MS 1L, product code 012-19851 or 3L 018-19853, are not included in the kit and can/have to be purchased separately.
