For amino acid sequencing for proteins and peptides, the Edman method developed by Edman has been widely used as a superior method. Since Edman and Begg developed the automated Edman method, the need for micro and rapid analysis has increased, so pmol-order analysis has been performed using, for example, a sequencer. In the amino acid sequencing analysis by the Edman's degradation method using PITC, the product is used to cyclize and cleave the PTC-peptides formed, to produce ATZ-amino acids, and convert ATZ-amino acids to PTH derivatives.
