StemSure™ LIF Mouse Recombinant Solution for stem cell culture, manufactured by FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation.
Mouse LIF (leukaemia inhibitory factor) was discovered as a factor that induces M1 cells, which are derived from mouse leukaemia, to differentiate into macrophages, and was subsequently reported to have inhibitory activity on embryonic stem cells (ES cells) differentiation. Currently, it is used as a factor to maintain the undifferentiated potential of mouse ES cells in mouse ES cell culture.

Our StemSure™ series is a group of products whose cell proliferation and undifferentiated potential are quality-assured by practical tests (cell proliferation test or colony formation test) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) staining using the D3 mouse ES cell line.
