CultureSure® IWR-1-endo 25mg, manufactured by FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation.
IWR-1-endo is an inhibitor of Wnt signalling. IWR-1 stabilizes the complex composed of Axin2, Apc. Ck1 and Gsk3B that degrades B-catenin. As a result, it promotes degradation of B-catenin.
