CultureSure® CKI-7 Dihydrochloride 5mg, manufactured by FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation.

CKI-7 dihydrochloride is an ATP-competitive inhibitor that selectively inhibit casein kinase 1 (CK1). As a serine/ threonine kinase, CK1 regulates various processes such as nuclear export, cell cycle, cell division and apoptosis. CKI-7 dihydrochloride induces retinal progenitor cells from human ES and iPS cells in the combination with SB431542 and Y-27632 under serum-free and feeder free conditions.
